Community Centre

The Grove Community Learning Centre is a large room equipped with a kitchen and audiovisual equipment, located between the Library and the Shire Offices. It is jointly owned and managed by the Shire and the Towns of Cottesloe and Mosman Park.

The Community Learning Centre is the main venue of the WestCoast Community Centre, a non-profit volunteer based organisation that offers a wide variety of programs including talks, exercise activities, workshops and outings. A number of other groups such as men and women’s Probus and University of the Third Age also offer programs and activities.

Room Hire

The Community Centre is available for hire for meetings, seminars or other suitable activities at times when community groups are not using the venue, mainly evenings and weekends; however please note that the Centre cannot be hired for parties or private functions or for religious purposes.

The small meeting rooms in the library for up to 10 people can also be hired when available.
