DA2024/00024 - Single House and Ancillary Works - 28 The Esplanade


The proposal is seeking to vary the town planning scheme development requirement for plot ratio, the local planning policy provisions pertaining to garage door width and the deemed-to-comply requirements of the Residential Design Codes for maximum building (wall) height and siteworks and relies on the corresponding design principles being demonstrated.
