The Shire of Peppermint Grove has received a planning application for proposed Alterations and Additions to a Single House and Ancillary Works at the above address.

The proposal seeks to vary the deemed-to-comply requirements of the planning policy framework for (Secondary) Street Setback and (Rear) Lot Boundary Setback and relies on the corresponding design principles being demonstrated.

Unless otherwise extended, the advertising period will close on 17 July 2024. Written submissions must be lodged within the advertising period to ensure they can be considered prior to determination of the application. Objections should articulate how you may be materially affected.

Please note that the submitted plans may be amended, or compliance with the planning framework otherwise be demonstrated by the proponent prior to determination.
